Pricing

Pricing of all Ellen Catanzaro Artwork depends on dimensions, designs, and finishes.  All pricing includes shipping to the contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and all other offshore insular areas, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs for all products have been pre determined and included in the cost of the products, with the exception of all Original Art, and any items shipping outside the contiguous United States (meaning Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and all other offshore insular areas, such as American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and any international shipping.  Those costs will be calculated and emailed to you for your approval before order is completed.  These shipping prices will mainly depend on dimensions and weight of package being sent, and shipping provider, and where it is being delivered.

 

All Ellen Catanzaro items are made to order.  Your package, to the contiguous United States, should arrive between 4-6 weeks from the confirmed purchase date.  All other shipping dates will be determined by location and shipping provider.  

 

International postal services and systems may also require purchaser to pay additional customs fees or duty taxes upon delivery.  Ellen Catanzaro is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes.  We are not responsible for any delays for packages being held up at a customs office for delivery.

Exchanges | Returns | Refunds

Due to the custom nature of each product and each order, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. Each Ellen Catanzaro product is inspected before shipping out to you, to guarantee they are in working order, in tact, the colors are correct, and that the product, and sizing that you have ordered is correct.  Each item is packed, as ordered,  when leaving our facility to be shipped to you.

 

We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, we insure the value of each package, and must be made aware of damaged or lost items within 15 DAYS of shipment so we can advise you on how to proceed.  There are rare times when the outer packaging  arrives with a little damage that occurred during shipping.  Rarely does that impact the interior shipped product.  On this rare occurrence, please take photos of any damaged packaging, boxing, along with a photo of the shipping label before opening.  If the ordered product inside is damaged, due to the damaged exterior packaging, photograph any damage of product, and email photos to ellen@ellencatanzaro.com

Pillow Fabric & Care

Ellen Catanzaro pillows are made to order for you.  There is no warehouse, no unused inventory. Patterns are printed on a super soft velveteen upholstery fabric, that has been tested for for durability, and proudly boasts an 80,000 double rub count.  The pillows are easy to love, and easy to care for.  Machine wash, COLD, with like colors.  DRY FLAT.  When dry, you can pop it in to the dryer ON FLUFF, NO HEAT, to, well, fluff. DO NOT BLEACH.  Can be dry cleaned as well.

Giclée Print Care

Clean your canvas giclee print with a DRY, CLEAN, LINT FREE CLOTH.  Never use a wet or moist cloth to to clean your giclee canvas print.  DO NOT wash surfaces with water or solvents.  The ink is printed on the surface of the canvas, therefore, giclee prints are very delicate and can be scratched.  Your giclee print should be treated as you would treat any valued piece of art.

Always Striving For Sustainability

All products, with the exception of original art, are made to order, or "on demand".  There are huge benefits to operating this way, as opposed to traditional methods of mass production.  Every product has a home, so there are no huge warehouses full of inventory, waiting to be sold. No overstock means very low waste in both physical materials, but also in time and energy.

 

Pillows and fabrics - Our printers use Epson water based sublimation inks, that have received the Okeo-Tex Eco Passport certification for sustainable textile chemicals. Okeo-Tex is the world's leading testing and certification system for verifying the safety of textile products.  Images are printed on the textiles to maximize the fabric available, so there is as little wast as possible.

 

Canvas Prints - The bulk of the materials used in a canvas print, the canvas, pine or spruce wood, and the inks, are by nature biodegradable.  As all my prints are made to order, there is no mass production or waste.

TO QUALIFY FOR DESIGNER PRICING:

Our definition of a  DESIGNER is an individual practicing Interior Design or specifying products for construction projects with the intent to sell these products to the end user.  In order to qualify for Designer Pricing you must submit a copy of your resale license.

 

TO QUALIFY FOR STOCKING DEALER PRICING (RETAIL):

Our definition of a wholesaler is a brick and mortar retail location selling home decor products that is open to the public.  This means our product will have visibility on the shelves, furniture and or walls of the store.  You must provide evidence of your design or resale business by submitting a copy of your resale license, Website address and any social media accounts pertaining to your business.
