PAINTINGS HAVE A LIFE OF THEIR OWN

This was very true for me. The originals I create are usually quite large, and mostly on wood. Each piece represents a snippet of my soul, brought to life on a canvas. My children were small when I started painting, so I began scanning my art, mainly because I wanted them to have a catalogue of what I had created, almost like a diary, in art form. The very talented person who did the scanning encouraged me to make my images available for sale in giclee form for others to enjoy.  Giclee prints allow for the art to be recreated in different sizes and price points that work for you.  The clarity of the image, printed on museum quality canvas, is so beautiful.  As you scroll through, you will see that each piece is named after a song lyric or quote that captures how I felt when painting the original.  Feel free to rename your giclee with whatever feeling or memory it evokes in you!
